These terms cover this website only. If you are a customer, your right to use the Gydon software comes from your agreement with us, and nothing here changes it.

Using the site
You may read this site and print or download pages from it for your own business purposes. You may not republish our material commercially, or present it as your own.
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers behind it, introduce anything malicious, or use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people. If you believe you have found a security problem, we would genuinely like to hear about it: email support@gydon.co.uk and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anybody else.
What is on the site
We take care to describe the software accurately, and the screenshots are of the real product running with sample data. Even so, the content here is general information rather than a commitment: features change, and what you get is defined by your agreement with us and not by a marketing page.
Nothing on this site is advice on which you should rely without talking to us about your own circumstances.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss arising from your use of this site, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data or goodwill.

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for it.
Intellectual property
The Gydon name, logo, software and the content of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Screenshots on this site show sample data created for demonstration; they are not the records of any real customer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
